I enjoy being the crazy lady who dances at social events such as weddings. In fact, at the gym a few weeks ago, two women from my BodySTEP class commended me on my graceful, fluid movement afterwards. I sometimes do catch myself doing naturally pretty arms or exaggerated hips or shimmys in class and at those moments I laugh out loud and think of how much I love dancing and how much it's ingrained in me. Sounds like a truly EPIC evening. I enjoy being the crazy lady who dances at social events such as weddings. Perhaps, all of these starting at advanced beginner through intermediate levels. This is great analysis for what classes should be like.
